A little about me
I studied computer science at Lakehead, and I've spent the years since building things people actually rely on. Some of that is models and media. A lot of it is the unglamorous plumbing: servers, databases, the backup that has to work on a bad day.
I run Richsmeet Studio, my consultancy.
In July 2023 I earned my Odoo certification in ERP architecture and deployment. I still build an AI pipeline for DCLM Canada that captions, translates, and dubs, turning a job that used to take days into a matter of hours.
For almost four years I was the technology lead for Gimsap, an African grocery chain. I built their systems from the ground up: checkout, inventory, the servers. That role ended in October 2025, and I still smile when a forecast means the right thing is on the shelf.

One source of truth
Point of sale, inventory, and the numbers, in one place. Then a forecast, so someone can order before the shelf is empty.
Automation you can explain
Scripts, APIs, webhooks, and the occasional model. If I can't tell you how a payment got confirmed, it isn't done.

Most of what I build for people stays with them. This one is on the public web.

Payparse
Interac e-Transfer checkout that matches the payment email and tells your app with a signed webhook, so the transfer lands in the product instead of a spreadsheet.
